Welcome to THE ORA PATHWAY. By booking or participating in our one-on-one sessions, group training programs or workshops, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

THE ORA PATHWAY, a subsidiary of Wyld Wolf Inc., is a provider of spiritual guidance, personal growth programs, and training to help individuals connect with unseen realms. Our offerings include one-on-one sessions, group training programs, and workshops.

By participating in THE ORA PATHWAY—whether through courses, one-on-one sessions, workshops, or other offerings—you acknowledge that all insights and teachings are of a spiritual nature and are intended to support your personal growth and well-being.

You accept full personal responsibility for your experience and any outcomes resulting from your participation. THE ORA PATHWAY facilitators and organizers disclaim all liability for any physical, emotional, or mental health issues that may arise during or after your involvement in these offerings.

We encourage you to approach these sessions, courses, and programs with an open mind and a spirit of exploration.

To engage in THE ORA PATHWAY sessions, it is essential that you are in your purest state, free from any substances that alter your mind, emotions, or energy. This includes but is not limited to alcohol, recreational drugs, tobacco, cannabis, and prescription medications that affect your mental state, such as antidepressants. If you are currently using any such substances, you must inform Deborah before scheduling a session. Engaging in spiritual work while you are engaging in any of the aforementioned mentioned activities can compromise the integrity of the process and could prevent a clear and true connection in the spirit realm.

All group training sessions will be recorded by us for our personal reference and archival purposes. You are permitted to record the session on your personal device for your private use only. However, all recordings, whether made by us or by you, must remain confidential and are strictly prohibited from being shared, distributed, or used on social media or any public platforms. Any unauthorized use of the recordings may result in legal action.

• After your first session having paid for a bundle of three and you feel this is not a fit for you, refunds for remaining sessions will be provided upon mutual agreement.
• This refund policy is only applicable after your initial session, to be confirmed in writing via email at office@thewyldwolf.com within 7 days of the initial session.

• 24-Hour Notice: Clients must provide at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule their appointment without incurring a penalty.
• Late Cancellations: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of the session fee.
• No-Shows: If a client does not attend their appointment without prior notification, they will be charged the full cost of the session. A 15-minute grace period is allowed; after this time, the appointment will be marked as a no-show. Clients will be required to rebook a new session through the website, subject to availability.
• Rescheduling Fees: Any late cancellation or no show fees incurred will be applied to rescheduled appointments.

Additional Notes:

• Repeated no-shows or late cancellations may result in restrictions on booking future appointments.
• All charges will be applied to the payment method on file, or an invoice will be sent if no payment method is available.
• Exceptions to these policies will be made only in cases of emergencies and are at the sole discretion of the service provider.

In-person sessions incur an additional $50 travel fee should Deborah have to come to you.

• If after attending the first session having paid for the full course and you feel this program is not a fit for you, we offer a full refund of your payment for the remaining sessions provided there is mutual agreement between you and the course facilitator.
• Refund requests must be confirmed in writing via email at office@thewyldwolf.com within 7 days of the initial session. This refund policy applies only to the first session and does not extend to subsequent sessions.
• Recordings of group sessions are for personal use only and must not be shared publicly. Unauthorized sharing may result in legal action.

• All content, materials, and recordings remain the property of THE ORA PATHWAY.
• Duplication, sharing, or distribution without permission is prohibited.

THE ORA PATHWAY reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website.
